I had the pleasure of working with MaryScott in a few ECF and BHEN (Boeing Hispanic Employees Network) events. I also got to know MaryScott and her spirit for life in a mentorship opportunity that she introduced me to at Ocean View High School.
Although I never had the chance to tell her, MaryScott was a great mentor and I always liked talking to her-she always had positive things to say and encouraging advice. She was a great lady and will be missed.

MaryScott meant so much to our students in The Business Academy program. And, as a member of our Business Academy Advisory Board, she was influential in securing funding and establishing scholarships for our needy students. I will always remember her enthusiasm, passion for life, and the kindness she showed to me, our staff, and our students. She will be greatly missed!

Marscottt enthusiastic, positive, loving, caring, full of energy those are only some of the words that begin to describe her. She was so much more than a mentor to me, she was a friend, a teacher, and had many influences in my life. From day to day, her words of wisdom and all the great memories we shared still play in my mind over and over again. I feel her loss greatly and know that she will always be with all of us, I am just grateful that I was one of the lucky people to make her acquaintance and share my life with. I will always miss her. Will be attending with Regina Hamilton.
